What We Do

Our Casa aluminium outdoor furniture is made from a die cast process where molten aluminium is poured into steel moulds, specific to each part of the furniture. This allows each component to be created with accuracy and repeatability. Die castings are characterised by a very good surface finish and dimensional consistency. The furniture then goes through the blast process where it is pelted at enormous velocity with manganese shot to remove any rough edges and create a physical key for the paint process. It then goes into our high temperature oven where a chemical primer is applied and then your chosen colours to each individual piece.

Delivery

Once you have placed your order we will confirm it by email. Delivery will normally be 4 weeks from date of order unless we inform you otherwise on order placement. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time and your furniture will be delivered in boxes, to the curb side. We will then register you as a Casa by Oxley’s customer for our 10 year buy back scheme when we have received proof of delivery.

In order to allow complete customisation of your Casa furniture, the tabletop and table legs arrive in two pieces. This is so we can paint the two components in different colours if you so wish. The tabletop is easily attached to the table legs using stainless steel nuts and bolts, please watch the video below to see how to complete your Casa set.
