As a manufacturer of English garden furniture, we passionately believe that our furniture must be enjoyed at all times of the year. Much outdoor furniture is built purely to serve a function for comfortable seating in high summer. Our priority is to make furniture that is beautiful in its own right, to be enjoyed visually as well as functionally. In Northern Europe much of the year is not balmy summer days. This doesn't mean that well designed outdoor garden furniture cannot be enjoyed during the long autumn month's and even the occasional winter day.

- [Warranty](https://www.oxleys.com/warranty/): Limited Warranty All Oxley's furniture comes with a comprehensive product warranty -- a testament to years of manufacturing experience and the use of the best materials and techniques. STRUCTURE Oxley's extends a lifelong conditional warranty on the structural integrity of our Oxley's furniture. In the unlikely event that your Oxley's furniture fails structurally during normal domestic usage we will repair, refinish or replace the aluminium frame without charge. For commercial environments this warranty is 3 years. This structural warranty does not apply to our Reborn collection as this furniture was not originally manufactured by us. PAINT FINISH Oxley's provides a 3 year warranty on our paint finish, Should our finish peel, blister or discolour under normal wear and tear then we will repair, refinish or replace the item without charge. Powder Finishes evolve over time as they are batch produced and may be subject to minor colour variations and whilst we therefore guarantee to produce goods matching any item we cannot guarantee an exact match between pieces on different orders. CUSHIONS Standard cushion fillings and covers are guaranteed for 3 year against any manufacturing default. The covers are made from 100% solution dyed Acrylic. The foam inners meet the requirements of Schedule 1 Part 1 of the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. Should FR treatment or back coating be required, this does not come as standard and has to be requested at the time the order is placed. The small print. Oxley's Furniture Ltd ("Oxley's") warrants to the original end use Customer ("customer") and while owned by the customer that it's aluminium furniture (the "furniture") shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the customer under normal use and service in the domestic environment. All other parts of the furniture, including, but not limited to, frame finishes, cushion fabrics and cushion fillings, frame feet, tires, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of delivery under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover damage which results from neglect, accident, intentional misuse, normal wear and tear, commercial use, acts of nature, wind, immersion in water, scratches or blemishes, chipping, stains resulting from suntan lotions, caustic chemicals, leaves, birds and the elements, unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the furniture or the cushions. In no event shall the warranties contained herein be applicable to the customer's own material ("C.O.M") or other third party materials applied to the furniture. Customer assumes all risk of and releases Oxley's from all liability for all defects, faults or flaws of any type associated with the C.O.M. The obligation of Oxley's under this warranty is limited, in the sole discretion of Oxley's, to repair or replacement of the Product or the cushion with one of similar type and quality, if, to the satisfaction of Oxley's and in Oxley's sole discretion, the furniture or Fabric as manufactured proves defective under normal use and service. No furniture or cushion will be accepted by Oxley's for repair or replacement under this warranty without the prior written approval from Oxley's. Returned furniture or cushions are subject to shipping instructions by Oxley's and all costs of shipping from the customer to Oxley's and to the customer from Oxley's, including, but not limited to, the cost of appropriate packaging and freight charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Freight to be prepaid by customer, no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted by Oxley's. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OXLEY'S SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF OXLEY'S CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY OXLEY'S IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. We reserve the right to make changes to the privacy statement at any time and without notice should we need to make amendments. Your trust is important to us.
