Mainland UK deliveries
We make the vast majority of UK deliveries in our own vehicles by our own staff, directly from our factory in the Cotswolds, and we will always take the furniture to wherever you want it to be placed. As soon as an order is confirmed we will be in touch to give you an estimated delivery date and then a week or so before we are due to deliver we will be in touch to confirm a convenient day and estimated time.
All of our furniture is made as one whole piece and so cannot be disassembled to fit through narrow gaps. Please therefore give us details intended access and any restrictions, such as narrow doorways, parking restrictions, roof or balcony access etc. This is particularly important when we are delivering large tables. We have delivered furniture into the most inaccessible and unlikely places but were able to do so because the team had time to plan how to do it.
Your furniture will come direct from our factory wrapped in soft blankets; we don’t use packaging, for all the best reasons.
Delivery in all other territories
We routinely deliver our luxury furniture around the world. Deliveries in all other territories are undertaken by our delivery partners who undertake to make contact with our customers to arrange delivery. We will stay in contact with you until delivery is confirmed and will remain on hand to assist in communicating with the 3rd party delivery partner. The cost of these deliveries is quoted independently and is based on the cubic meterage and weight of the delivery and its destination.
Returns
We accept returns for items that are purchasable directly online on this website ie for furniture from the choice of five metal colours and for our standard furniture cushions available on the drop down selection. Providing you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which the goods were received, without giving a reason. Cancellation must be confirmed in the form of an email to info@oxleys.com. If you cancel your order under these provisions, then you will be responsible for returning the furniture to us in an as new condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in collecting the furniture.
All items will be checked in our factory on return. Assuming the goods are returned as described above, the full price and standard delivery charge will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Goods must be received by us within 14 days of the date of receipt by us of your notice to cancel.
We do not accept returns for any furniture that is individualised. This is because this furniture with its accompanying cushions is made specifically for your order to your exact requirements, it will be unique to you.
