Yes, the way in which Oxley’s furniture is manufactured means that it can be left outside all year, every year no matter where in the world it is situated. We make our luxury outdoor furniture to last generations with no maintenance required.

Is Oxley's Sustainable Aluminium Outdoor Furniture a good investment?

Our luxury furniture is sustainable, guaranteed for life, weatherproof and made unique to each customer. Therefore, the old saying “you get what you pay for in life” is particularly appropriate with Oxley’s. It is more expensive than most aluminium furniture, this is because building furniture designed to last generations is a complex activity that requires great skill and attention to detail. It is not a process that can be rushed or done with cheap components. If you consider the price of our luxury outdoor furniture as an investment over, say 25 years, it is extremely good value for money.

What is the difference between Oxley's plain and classic colours?

Oxley’s offer a range of 15 plain colours, and furniture orders can be ordered in any particular RAL colour that you wish to specify. We also offer 3 classic colours which are slightly more expensive. These 3 colours; Antique Gold, Titanium and Tuscan White are all finished by hand and take a great deal of skill and extra time to create, which is why they are slightly more expensive in price.

What is the difference between standard and enhanced fabrics?

Our standard range of fabrics are from Boyriven and are made from 100% solution dyed acrylic that is both waterproof and soft to the touch. Our enhanced fabrics are from JAB International, one of the world’s leading fabric suppliers. These fabrics are made from Teflon coated 100% Polypropylene that passes a 30,000 Martindale Rub test, making it an extremely resilient yet opulent fabric. These fabrics come in a range of colours and patterns and are priced slightly higher than our standard range.

What is the delivery time?

Due to every order being made specifically for each customer, our online orders come with a 4-6 week lead time for our UK customers. Delivery outside the UK is subject to delivery location.

What is the warranty?

All Oxley’s furniture comes with a comprehensive product warranty, a testament to years of manufacturing experience and the use of the best materials and techniques. Structure: Oxley’s extends a lifelong conditional warranty on the structural integrity of our Oxley’s furniture. In the unlikely event that your Oxley’s furniture fails structurally during normal domestic usage we will repair, refinish or replace the aluminium frame without charge. For commercial environments this warranty is 3 years. Paint finish: Oxley’s provides a 3 year warranty on our paint finish, should our finish peel, blister or discolour under normal wear and tear then we will repair, refinish or replace the item without charge. Cushions: standard cushion fillings and covers are guaranteed for 3 years against any manufacturing default.

What is the unique Oxley's guarantee?

After 30 years of manufacturing, we know how enduringly tough our beautiful furniture is. It is made to last – and that is a promise. Which is why we offer Oxley’s home furniture customers a simple, powerful guarantee: we will buy back any piece of furniture you’ve bought from us within 10 years of you buying it, for half its original price. We will then reprocess and recycle your furniture, making it new again so it can enjoy a second life in another home. For us, this is sustainability in action and we are very proud to be able to work in this way, doing our bit to help protect the environment. For you it means you can own the furniture you want, risk free. Our unique guarantee also gives you the opportunity to offset half the cost of your original set against a new set of Oxley’s furniture, allowing you to update the style, colour or size of your furniture as your circumstances change.

Types of customisation

Existing Collections

Our established designs can be tailored to fit your space perfectly. You can adjust dimensions, change table or chair proportions, or adapt modular configurations to suit terraces, balconies, poolside areas, or sweeping lawns. Even subtle refinements, like a taller backrest, deeper seat, or a wider arm, can dramatically improve comfort and presence without altering the core character of the piece.

We can also replace our cast aluminium table tops with natural stone or tempered glass, keeping the design character in the legs and structures.

New Designs

For a truly unique statement, we can create entirely new pieces from scratch. Beginning with sketches and concept drawings, we translate your vision into detailed technical designs and finally into a cast aluminium prototype. Every line, curve and proportion can be shaped to complement the environment, whether that’s a formal garden, a contemporary rooftop terrace, or a boutique hotel courtyard.

Aluminium is a fantastic material, and sand casting techniques are ideal for keeping development and prototyping costs down in comparison to other methods of manufacture that require large volumes to be commercially viable.

Engraving & Insignia

For a personal or branded touch, we can incorporate monograms, family crests, logos, or decorative motifs directly into the metalwork. These details are cast or engraved during the manufacturing process, creating a permanent, tactile signature that elevates a piece from functional furniture to a bespoke heirloom.

Colours & Finishes

Our ability to finish our luxury furniture in any colour has been at the heart of Oxley’s approach since our beginnings.

Choose from our curated palette of timeless finishes, or request bespoke RAL colours to integrate perfectly with your setting. From deep, matte architectural tones to softer, sun-washed shades, our powder-coating process ensures a durable, fade-resistant surface that remains beautiful year after year. Decorative patinas or subtle metallic accents in our “Classic” style can also be applied to create a distinct character for your furniture.

Behind the scenes at our factory in the North Cotswolds.

It`s not every day that we`re commissioned to manufacture a table as large as this!

Once the pieces are welded together, this table is sanded, shot blasted, degassed, primed, baked, top coated, and baked again. It`s a long process, done by hand by our skilled craftsmen, that ensures a durable and long lasting finish.

We value quality, attention to detail, and longevity over high volume at Oxley`s.

@libertyfabrics were the stars of our stand at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show this year!

Outdoor furniture fabrics can often be quite muted and plain but at Oxley`s we love working with bold colours and offering customers endless choice in finish and fabric options. Liberty`s outdoor fabric selection gives us the perfect example of how we can work with any material to complete our customers` design vision and make their outdoor space truly unique.

The lounge area features Liberty`s Palazzo Westbrook in Jade (amongst others) and the 10 place dining set features their Persian Voyage Majorelle in Lacquer as scatter cushions.

Oxley`s Furniture x The National Trust

We`re very proud to announce our collaboration with the @nationaltrust through our Octavia Collection.

Named after Octavia Hill, one of the founders of the charity, a portion of sales from this collection will go to the Trust to support its mission to protect nature, beauty, and history and the properties under its care.

Like all our furniture, the Octavia design is made from recycled aluminium and is manufactured to last a lifetime.

The collection features dining sets from 2 to 10 seats, a lounger, coffee table, and a garden bench - all available in your choice of finish colour and accompanied by sumptuous fabric options.
