Made in collaboration with the National Trust, our Octavia 100cm round table is a beautifully proportioned centrepiece, designed to seat four with ease. Its compact form makes it ideal for terraces, patios, and intimate garden corners, while its presence is quietly elegant, reflecting the same delicate craftsmanship found throughout the Octavia collection. The deeply cast tabletop provides both visual depth and structural strength, ensuring the table is as enduring as it is refined. Though reassuringly substantial, this table can be easily manoeuvred with two people. The table top will come as a solid top as standard but can be finished with a parasol hole in the centre at your request.
DESIGN
Named after Octavia Hill, one of the founding members of the National Trust, the Octavia design draws inspiration from a detail in an 1872 pen and ink drawing of an herbaceous border by the nineteenth century garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. This historic floral motif is reinterpreted in cast aluminium, appearing in beautifully intricate detail the tabletop and legs. The result is a cohesive design language that feels decorative yet disciplined, rooted in English garden heritage.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
Like all our English garden furniture our Octavia Tables are handmade from refined recycled aluminium. Each piece is welded as one single piece over numerous hours from many individual sand castings. Once complete each table is individually finished in our customer’s own choice of colour. All the effort in our factory goes into ensuring that each piece is totally weatherproof, wherever in the world it is situated, and completely maintenance free. Everything we create is intended to last generations.
