The furniture will be made especially for the project in the colour (including any RAL colour) and fabric specified by you. Furniture can also be made exactly to your requirements.

Oxley’s furniture is incredibly durable in the commercial environment. It is easy to move, no maintenance is required and if necessary, easily mendable.

Business professionals such as interior designers, architects, Landscape and garden designers working on residential or commercial projects (such as hotels or restaurants) are encouraged to apply. We do require confirmation of business status but in most cases a reference to your website and social media is all we need.
An Oxley’s trade account gives business professionals access to our trade discount structure, our large photographic library of past projects and inspirations, CAD files, PDF documentation and samples. But perhaps most important, access to our team who have over 60 years experience working with designers to bring their vision to fruition. We are a specialist business solely set up to make luxury outdoor furniture bespoke for each project and we are here to help with yours.

We do manufacture everything to order so the delivery time depends on the size of order and how bespoke you wish it to be.
If for instance your requirement is for a set furniture for a residential project in a standard colour with fabric that is in stock, delivery will likely be 4 weeks.
For Large projects with many pieces in special RAL colours with fabrics not held in stock we have to allow up to 12 weeks
If on the other hand your requirement is many bespoke pieces for a large commercial project production time can be 9 months. This allows for agreement of design plans and prototyping of bespoke pieces and subsequent manufacture.
We always say that every we set of furniture we have ever produced is unique. We do have 18 furniture colours available in our brochure but you can specify the furniture to be finished in any RAL colour you like. We can even match colours if they don’t exist as RAL colours. For cushions, you can choose from any of the suppliers who make outdoor fabrics anywhere around the world, 10,000’s of options! And finally we can make bespoke furniture out of our normal collections with the requisite timescale.
After 30 years’ of manufacturing we know how enduringly tough our beautiful furniture is. It is made to last – and that is a promise. Which is why we offer Oxley’s home furniture customers a simple, powerful guarantee: we will buy back any piece of furniture you’ve bought from us within 10 years of you buying it, for half its original price*. We will then reprocess and recycle your furniture, making it new again so it can enjoy a second life in another home. For us, this is sustainability in action and we are very proud to be able to work in this way, doing our bit to help protect the environment. For you it means you can own the furniture you want, risk free.
Our unique guarantee also gives you the opportunity to offset half the cost of your original set against a new set of Oxley’s furniture, allowing you to update the style, colour or size of your furniture as your circumstances change.
*Terms and conditions
This guarantee only applies to: original Oxley’s customers who have owned their Oxley’s furniture for 12 months or more (the original purchaser must be registered as an Oxley’s customer). Only furniture, not cushions, and not sales items. The net price of purchase and not any purchase tax (VAT). If you’d like us to collect your furniture, we will at an agreeable rate.
All Oxley’s furniture comes with a comprehensive product warranty, a testament to years of manufacturing experience and the use of the best materials and techniques.
Structure: Oxley’s extends a lifelong conditional warranty on the structural integrity of our Oxley’s furniture. In the unlikely event that your Oxley’s furniture fails structurally during normal domestic usage we will repair, refinish or replace the aluminium frame without charge. For commercial environments this warranty is 3 years.
Paint finish: Oxley’s provides a 3 year warranty on our paint finish, should our finish peel, blister or discolour under normal wear and tear then we will repair, refinish or replace the item without charge.
Cushions: standard cushion fillings and covers are guaranteed for 3 years against any manufacturing default.
